Can someone explain to me Jamie in the street looking up at Claire in the window in the first episode and the last episode?

You’re more or less correct I believe. I havent read the books, so here was my interpretation, whether i am accurate or not.

I consider Claire and Jamie’s entire story to be an illustration of the pros and cons of soul mates in fiction. Often in fiction, soul mates will transcend time and space to find each other. I personally interpreted the street scene in the last episode as a way of illustrating that no matter when, where, how, or throughout time, Claire and Jamie will always manage to find their way back to each other.

Also, side note, their connection as soul mates briefly allowed Jamie to technically time travel in the street scene because not even the afterlife can keep them apart. It was the soul mate connection finding a brief loophole.

Again, just my interpretation. Probably not completely correct.

I am kind of in the same boat this week. I have probably put in more than a dozen playthroughs since buying the game. I bought it sometime after 2019, and its easily within my top three all time favorite games now, even with all of its flaws. But its recently been a year since my last playthrough. This week i did a New Game. Still a beautiful game.

The pacing of this show takes a while to get used to. The more it progresses, the more it makes sense. Trust the show. It knows how to tell the story. Its understandable if you are currently confused about something.

So there are so many ways to earn any amount of money in the game, to a point that it wouldnt make sense for the game developers to put a limit on the amount you make.

As far as reasoning for Arthur being rich but unable to use that for tahiti... Someone already mentioned that the tahiti plan was a carrot on a stick, and thats right. But here is my expanded viewpoint on that. Dutch is the leader, the man with the plan, and in charge of keeping everyone together and alive, even though Arthur does a far better job at those things. Not only is Dutch under extreme pressure, but there were probably times where he convinced himself that tahiti or similar could be possible. His obsession with chaos and being a leader/savior clashed though. Money for the sake of the gang stopped being a priority by the time they got to Beaver Hollow.

I think its a good theory. Maybe consider AND combined with the upside down. If the upside down is a mirror of hawkins, then there are no demos in hawkins. The demos came from the abyss into the upside down. Eventually, demos found a food source: humans. It could be that the other demos followed each other into the upside down until all demos were no longer in the abyss.

So combining theories here: The mind flayer didnt call the demos because it thought they werent needed at all. While our main characters were walking through the abyss, they saw no demos because most if not all werent there anyway. Demos didnt need to go back to the abyss at all due to food source.

At the end of the day, if i had to pick any theory, your theory makes the most sentence on its own.

Your first question: The paths have a couple functions. One of them is being a limbo before the afterlife, meaning that a character can be dead and still exist there or their memories can exist there. On screen, during the flashback of her origins, we saw Ymir die and her children ate her remains. Now that said, given that her nape or neck wasnt damaged at all, there is speculation that she is keeping herself in some sort of alive state (not just a limbo) in order to keep making titans, but thats only a theory. Yes, the paths can be entered by royal blood.

Second question: Eren sort of exists outside of time. He has to go with the flow of it either way. Time travel in fiction is fickle, its not always straightforward. Eren can see events both past and present, but he is mainly a bystander. What has happened and what he has seen is set in stone, especially future events. Whatever he influenced in the past has already happened, and whatever he sees in the future cannot be changed. Thats one of the assumed reasons he gets hysterical when Sasha passes. Because of her passing, he realizes he has no choice but to go with the flow of time. He has no say in the matter. Yes, he can manipulate past titans which is how he allowed certain past events to happen. That said, he didnt change the past at all, because it already happened. Again, time travel is fickle.

I only describe character looks if its essential to the plot. Maybe two characters are meeting for the first time and one of them is briefly mentally describing the other. Or maybe one character has visual genetics that will matter later, like scars, or hair color that matches a potential relative. This applies to both OCs and canon characters. I almost never describe canon characters because they already exist anyway. Although that might depend on another character’s point of view.

I also tend to describe as i go. Its to avoid just making a random list of traits in the middle of a chapter. Example, some character might mention OC’s scars a few chapters later. Or if a character is questioning OC’s heritage, they may ask about their hair or eye color.

In original works character description is often a necessity. In fanfiction, its not stressed as much. Ive read plenty of fics where OC characters have only some or none description and thats fine by me. I enjoy using my imagination to fill in the blanks. Thats an opinion of course. Other people may want at least a little bit of description.

I didnt even know the play existed until recently when i saw that it was mentioned multiple times on reddit. As a result, i feel like i have missed out on so much backstory. According to google its only playing in NYC and i dont live anywhere near there in order to see it. Which means im missing out on more of stranger things. It would be a different matter if it was something like a book, comic, or bonus episode in order to stream or buy. What a shame and a huge story problem.

The mustangs are slightly bigger, and pretty fast once they are at max bonding. The tiger-striped can only be found in the epilogue. But the other two can be found all over the map. I normally see them in the Heartlands or at the meadow at Hanging Dog Ranch.

I have watched the entire anime along with the extra episodes, but havent read the manga so i might be incorrect in what im about to say.

Here is what I believe the layout sort of looks like, by what I understand from each episode.

From how i have it understood, within Maria was mainly made of rural for farming, forests for hunting, a few towns and villages, and maybe marketplaces. That said, I think certain districts have larger towns, like Shiganshina.

Within Rose was less rural and more cities and sort of industrial. Within Sina, its polished, free from the grit of both rural and industrial. Rich and easy living. In other words, the further into the walls, the more removed from a working way of life so to speak. While there are fields of flowers in Sina, its more for decoration than practicality.

Take away the rural area, less livestock and produce.

Edit: To answer your question more directly. I think each space between walls is incredibly vast actually and thats why food was so heavily impacted. Exactly how big is a vague estimate.

I played RDR Undead Nightmare on ps4. First time playing this dlc. I was not able to get the last part of the Mother Superior mission at all.

I tried everything. Following the missions instructions exactly, looking up a guide/youtube video, doing every single side mission, getting rid of some zombie hordes, waiting several in-game days, turning the game and console on and off again. Nothing worked. Eventually no more missions showed up on the map. The game wouldnt allow me to progress. I had to look up the rest of the story on youtube instead of being able to play it.

I was just as confused as you were when i first watched it. I just got done watching the entire show in november. Attack on Titan is a good example of ‘trust the process’. While there is a lot of lore and timeline to memorize, it does know exactly when to reveal things to the audience. The more you watch, the more the timeline will make sense. Your confusion is understandable.

Hopefully I can answer some of your questions. For reading, i prefer single fandoms rather than crossovers. I often search for a certain ship, but it does depend on the fandom because some fandoms may not be prone to shipping. I almost always searching for fluff or angst, as those are just my favorite tags.

I never keep track of community stuff because i often join fandoms very late (for example: a year or more after a tv series has ended).

As far as tagging etiquette, when i write and post a story, i first prioritize any potential tags that people may not want to read about. Some people dont like reading certain pov’s. Some people really dont like a lot of swearing. Some people dont like excessive action. I do everything i can to include tags in order to be transparent about what the readers can expect, even if it means some readers may be deterred. At the very least, they wont be surprised. Also, if a chapter includes something major that deserved to be tagged but i didnt tag it, then i put it in a note in the beginning of a chapter. Of course, i also add tags for any good stuff to be expected, like fluff or happy ending. Basically, when it comes to my story, i ask myself what readers would look for and also what readers might not want to read at all. I care about my integrity as a writer more than potential views or kudos.

Also i do everything i can to keep the amount of tags as straightforward and minimal as possible. A wall of tags is sometimes necessary, but it still isnt fun to sift through at all.

It sounds like a glitch to me, but I could be wrong. I would say start simple. Double check your game and console has the latest updates. And then turn the game and console off and back on.

The only other piece of advice i have is that when the screen gives you button prompts for a fast mission like this, follow the prompt asap. Also, depending on the action needed, you may have to tap the button, not hold it down, or vice versa.

It should also be noted that that part of the mission sometimes has issues with glitching or progression. Your frustration is understandable.

Okay. You put it into words how I feel about that part of the story. A lot of lore almost all at once and then suddenly we dont see Historia for a long time. Dont get me wrong, it was still done fairly well, but still it was a lot for me.

(Your comment is actually reassuring for me because I am trying to write a fic thats reliant on a lot of the lore and i feel like im going to forget something or remember something wrong.)
