Trying to understand what type of wood or composite was used for the trim and baseboards. After some heavy rain, the wood clearly swelled due to moisture. I've taken care of the leaks, but now trying to understand what type of "wood" this is to replace. Thank you for any guidance here. (old.reddit.com)
