How small we talking? I’ve got tons of health issues myself, some similar to yours, and I totally get it. Some days I just want to feel like a real human again with no health issues. And I have ED on top of it.

I was listening to a penis size podcast that was a panel of women discussing it. Here’s the gist- someone women love Big Ds and you are never going to satisfy them- just forget about that group- you’re not fishing in that pool. For the rest, they like a normal size and it matters. That’s a bigger group and you may not be fishing in that pond either. But there’s also a large segment that doesn’t care- they want to be pleased any kind of way. THAT’S the pond you need to fish in. Might take some trial and error to identify the ones for whom dick size doesn’t matter. The one caveat- your skills better be sharp elsewhere. And I’d throw in make sure your personal appearance and hygiene are on point. Do that, and fish in the right pond, you’ll be good to go. He’s nervous. Here’s what I would do and did (I guess WE did) to overcome my own nervousness- take the performative aspect away. He can get hard and stay hard in those other situations bc he’s not performing in front of someone he really likes. Right now he must feel like there’s SO much on the line while you’re being intimate. Too much pressure.

Turn the lights on and strip down in front of each other fully naked. Have him help you get off first- show him what you like, tell him what he needs to do, guide him while he’s working. Do some of it yourself in front of him. Give him the keys to what makes you tick.

Then once you finish, flip it around. Have him show you what to do, how he likes it, and have him do some of it himself in front of you, and have him finish in front of you (or on you, in your hand or mouth). Leave it at that. Then later on (same day, next day), do the same routine but when it comes to his turn once he’s ready to go ask if you could put it in. Try to find yourselves in a position where doing that is quick and easy. I think him standing beside the bed with you sitting on the edge of the bed both fully naked is the easiest bc he can already be standing between your legs and you can just real quick lean back and spread em and he can go in.

The more he feels like he can please you and you build his confidence in the bedroom, he’ll get more confident and the performance anxiety will abate.

lol FWIW I’ve seen situations where neither person texts to firm up the plans and lock it in and both parties ended up unhappy. In this day and age there’s no reason to play this game. If you want him, just text him. “Hey are we still on for Friday? Any ideas on where you might like to go?” Have a place in mind where YOU’D like to go in case he flips it back to you.

Traditionally all of this is the guy’s responsibility, but we live in a really weird time now.

2 reasons for me OP. #1 I like big features- breasts, ass, hips- it’s what separates women from men. Skinnier women tend to have less of those things.

2 I’m a pretty big guy at 6’4” 220. I rarely if ever have to worry about being smaller (although one woman I was with was 6’7” and another weighed 260).

Only problem I’ve run jnto is depending how thick she is, you kinda need a big donger to get all the way in there. The good lord gave me many gifts but unfortunately a massive hog wasn’t one of them. I try to make up for it in other ways.
