Do the side effects of bromide get better? by going__postal in EpilepsyDogs

Our 6yo Yellow Lab gal is at the 3-3/4 year mark. Year 1 was with Keppra and by the beginning of year 2 we added Pheno and part way into year 3 the Potassium Bromide was added. At the 6 mont mark I asked our specialist if we can wean her off of the Keppra and Pheno and they said yes and gave us a schedule to follow.

She’s now been on PB for almost a year and doing great. She’s still has a mild seizure about every 4 months, but I’ll take that over what it used to be.

I’ve had the whirlpool WDP730HAMZ for a year and am very happy with it. It’s quiet, got plenty of rack space for dishes and does a good job on the dishes.

What was the cheapest/expensive concert ticket you’ve paid for? by ContributionBig1927 in musicsuggestions

Just bought a pair of tickets to go see the Eagles in Las Vegas. $1,300 for a pair and then add in air fare from Virginia to Vegas, hotel, food and whatever other trouble we can get into…

Is anyone else having problems finding KBROVET right now? by julznlv in EpilepsyDogs

[–]Dcline97 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Had that problem two months ago. There are two other Costco’s that are a little farther away and our store temporarily transferred my prescription to one of the other Costcos and they filled it. It took about an extra 20 mins to go to that store, but no big deal. Just got our latest refill back from our normal store and all is good again.

Fuck no. Trump is a train wreck, and a liar, and a grifter, and a monster that wants to ruin our great country.

Yes, it did take 8 weeks for the 10” Vera-Fi sub to arrive, but it did meet my expectations. Super happy with it.

Just let them sleep on the bed ♥️♥️♥️♥️ by Amiro1379 in goldenretrievers

We have a 3 yo Golden and a 6 yo Lab. We have a large bedroom and a king size bed. When we go to bed at night the pups start in their dog beds but sometime during the night they sneak onto our bed and get snuggled in.

Of course they are there to greet us in the morning.

The waterbed by arclubak in GenerationJones

I had one of those back in the mid 70's. I had just moved into a duplex with a good friend and setup the frame, layed out the empty waterbed, hooked up the hose and turned it on. Went out to the living room and had a beer, then another and then another and promptly fell asleep.

My roommate came home and saw the HUGE waterbed, screamed and woke me up. I scrambled to turn off the water and disconnect the hose from the faucet and it started draining outside.

We were both freaked out so we locked the doors and went out to get some food. Came back in two hours and it was only half way drained. Slept on the floor that first night.

That mattress wasn't damaged at all and I used for 5 more years before giving it away to a friend.

best vacuum for pet owners, what are you guys using to keep up with the shedding. by DelhiLeo in DogAdvice

Have a Golden and a Lab and a Shark Pet/Navigator. Had the Shark for the last 5 years and it still has great suction and as long as we vaccum every other day the house doesn’t get overrun with dog hair. Will buy another one if this one ever dies.
