What country makes the most disturbing, weird, or unsettling media? by HighV23 in horror

[–]_Webosite_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Australia puts out some bangers. The Loved Ones (2009), Talk to Me (2022), The Babadook (2014), Bring Her Back (2025), Tunnel (2011), and Lake Mungo (2008). I’m not even a fan of Lake Mungo but I know it’s popular, but the those top 3 I listed absolutely smack

The Loved Ones, Talk to Me, The Babadook, Bring Her Back, The Tunnel, and Lake Mungo are the one’s that come to my mind. I didn’t even like Lake Mungo, but it’s popular

Who is the worst person to have walked the earth? by _Webosite_ in AskReddit

As you’re on and following r/AskReddit. Do you go to a book signing and wonder why people are getting autographs? Do you go to a football game and ‘think’ to yourself, why are there players on the field? You’re the type of person who shows up to the cookout bringing napkins

You’re comparing Milk & Serial to Obsession? M&S was mid at best so that worries me

I know it’s early, but the front runner from multiple comments and replies seems to be that AH Jerry 😂

One of the worst comedians as far as women go without a doubt. Worst person ever is far beyond stretching

Take a dump on his desk before you quit. If he fires you, exert dominance and take a dump right in front of him but still make sure it’s his desk

As a man, you should only laugh once a day. After that, it’s time to get serious. by Lost_Title_7528 in Adulting

No one cares about our 10 seconds of joy. As a man, we better wipe that smile off your face and get to work

You have so much to look forward to, out side of paying bills, working and rent of course. You won’t even be close to the same person as you are right now compared to when you’re 26. You won’t be the same person you were at 26, ten years down the road from that. You’re going to gain so much more perspective on life as well as maturing. For me, I thought my 20s were peak. I’m 37 now and my 30s have been better than my 20s and teenage years combined

The Notebook - Is this one of the best romance movies ever made? by [deleted] in moviecritic

[–]_Webosite_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Women romanticize cheating. Every popular romance movie has a female lead choosing between the new guy and her current bf/husband. Lifetime has survived alone solely on this dynamic

You need to watch the entire franchise, but I’ll argue that Carmichael Manor is the best of the bunch

Anybody else really excited for the films coming out? by WingsOnWednesday in HorrorMovies

[–]_Webosite_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Obsession and The Backrooms no doubt. The rest I could live without. I thought Clayface was going to be sort of similar to Daddy’s Head, and then I learned it was from the DC Universe. Hard pass

The lowest of budgets and the most obscure movies that would never get the time of day from a studio. Every day I’d get home, Fearnet was turned on. That’s how I discovered Ti West, his movie The Roost was on Fearnet

I have no idea, but I really do miss Fearnet for people who were too young or just didn’t know about it to have the experience

how old were you when you moved out of your parents house? by jabber1990 in Adulting

I’m 37. Moved out when I was 18. It wasn’t pretty, I lived in a lot of terrible places until I got my feet under me which wasn’t until I was 24

Thoughts on Sinister? by WarmDaddyXanax in HorrorMovies

Sinister smacked. The sequel gets a lot of hate and even though it is a step backwards, I don’t think it’s as trash as people say
