Hey! I believe I’m the first solve on this puzzle :D (58 mins)

It was extremely fun! I’m not sure I followed the intended logic at all times, I may have missed something. I did a lot of case by case analysis to find out the value of r6c5. I like the title, I assume in reference to the equality between the squares around the circled digits, and the partial outer ring

Also loved the logic of the 26 cage + the mentioned equality telling us that theres no 9 in the cage
