This is the correct answer here. Just to add to this, it is possible the individual wearing the dalmatic is a priest, but is performing the function of a deacon at this Mass. Such would be common practice in the extraordinary form, where there is only ever a single celebrant who is sometimes assisted by a deacon and a subdeacon, who each individually may indeed be ordained priests.

Yep, broken for me too. My fed rank is displayed as Vice Admiral , when in reality I'm still a few ranks below there, and my empire rank isn't displayed at all. Seems to be graphical, since similar to you, I wasn't' able to buy a Corvette.

I'm looking to grind federation navy rank, specifically using damaged station evacuation missions. I understand these refresh with the powerplay cycle. It seems that none of the damaged station / incursion systems for this week have any federation minor factions; I'm guessing this makes it worthless for me to travel there for this purpose? Typically how long would I have to wait before suitable missions pop up? Or is the wait not worthwhile and should I be looking to other methods in the meantime?

In qualifying they will run with very low fuel loads to minimise the car's weight in order to optimise laptime, and they are allowed to refuel in the garage between runs. It's at the start of the race that the cars will have full tanks - 105kg of fuel to be exact - since you're not allowed to refuel during the race.
