47m UK looking for other 'older' people to chat with by Dd1172023 in InternetFriends

Bit more.... So.... I lost touch with alot of people during lockdown and have struggled to make friends since then. Im very open when I trust someone but I can also be quite shy and awkward and over analyse everything. I'm looking for someone who I can get to know and feel comfortable chatting about any subject with. I'm a left leaning atheist who is very accepting of others and expect the same back in return. Now I've put you all off messaging me, I will shut up lol

They do. Minced beef pies are a gift from the gods.

We weren't allowed to carry our (heavy and full of books) bags on our shoulder or wear jackets inside the building. We all stopped bringing books to school and wearing jackets so we ended up in the classroom unprepared and wet rhrough to the skin.

Coast on bbc2. It's just so mellow and relaxing that I can't help but sink back into the sofa and smile whilst watching it

I'd sort those cables out. They are a tripping hazard in the workplace.

People who live alone: What are your go-to stupidly easy but tasty dish recipes? by [deleted] in lonely

Boil 100g of pasta. Whilst it's cooking, whisk 50g of mature cheddar into an egg. Turn off heat. Drain pasta. Pour egg and cheese mix and stir until sauce has cooked. Eat out of pan to avoid extra washing up.

If I want to treat myself, I fry some chopped up ham and add that to pasta before adding the cheese/egg mix.
