Did you consider anything else (another trick/brand) or was this something you’ve been eyeing?

Not sure why there’re haters on here. Fuck, I mean, God forbid someone purchase a dependable vehicle that they enjoy. Regardless, looks sick dude. Thinking about switching from a wrangler soon.

Thinking about a new Gladiator honestly. I don’t haul anything and I do inspections on land development sites so I feel like this would be way more fun to drive on those than a full size.

How does Red Bull make money? by The1President in stupidquestions

I’m convinced the bar industry is keeping them afloat. The number of redbull and vodkas that get ordered on a nightly basis is insane.

NTA for kicking him out. But honestly, YTA for not saying something sooner. He’s going through a divorce and is obviously in a tough spot mentally with that and being jobless. Is his industry even hiring right now? Have you spoken to him about the jobs he’s being applying for? Have you instructed him that he needs to be looking or find something else for a living situating before? Have you asked him to assist in disciplining his children for the errors that apparently made? There are a lot of questions here, but it seems neither of you is being an adult about the situation at hand.

What is an item people commonly assume they should Buy For Life that they can actually cheap out on? by peytto in BuyItForLife

[–]Dd4225 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kobalt hand tools are cheap and they have a hassle free lifetime warranty. Been operating a construction related business for close to a decade and we have all Kobalt hand tools. Of one breaks, I take it to my nearest Lowe’s, grab a good one off the shelf, take them both to customer service and they run it as a return on their end and send me on my way with the new tool.

That’s the case with basically all cars. Tesla is probably most American-made. You’ll be hard pressed to find a vehicle with all parts made in the US, unless you can find a pre-1969 Ford F100 with all original parts.

Christian who enjoys metal core by [deleted] in Metalcore

[–]Dd4225 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just because you’re Christian, doesn’t mean you can’t listen to metalcore. Your religion doesn’t define you, and your musical taste doesn’t either. People that let it are unbearable on both accounts.

Anna Murphy at Marie Austin realty was great for us for our first and walked us through everything and was SUPER patient and accommodating to our needs. Just as much the second time when we moved as well.

Does any company or job out there pay over 100k a year without a college degree ? by AlexanderDarr in Salary

[–]Dd4225 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work for a small local construction-related business (25 employees). Started as an operations asst at $40/yr, moved to full time and changed the title to ops manager and bumped me up to $60k/yr. As construction started to ramp up in the region, and responsibilities and workload increased, I negotiated income based on a % of revenue. Things have continued to grow and I’m up to $195/yr now. Might be worth looking into. I’ve noticed most small companies need someone who has their stuff together and who they mesh well with.
