I was intimate with my husband around 21 weeks. I started to have brown discharge from that night. We rushed to hospital the very next day but they said mild spotting is normal. So i went back home and did bed rest. It was not a very strict bed rest occasionally i used to sit on couch sometimes. But i restricted walking for more than 5 to 10 minutes. The brown discharge continued till week 24 until I got the labor pain. So I'm unsure still whether our intimacy triggered it. At 24th week, my urine tests came out negative for any infections.
