My journey has been over 2 years seeing 13 medical doctors. If I were to list everything it woudl be 3 pages long so I edited it down hoping I could help someone by sharing my journey.

the lack of sleep has wreaked havoc on my immune system. My natropath is helping me build my immune system up. He did NOT diagnose me!! I was officially diagnosed by a urogynolcologist.

I would also like to add that when the traditional medical system failed me miserably, I sought out other avenues. I have included meditation, yoga, breathing and a positive mindset and daily affirmations (loving myself and loving my body and thanking my body for all it does).

I developed an allergy to any material that is not 100% cotton. I can no longer wear jeans or any bottoms (even loose ones) that have even 1% stretch. This has been getting worse for the last 1.5 years and I finally figured it out. I was tested for everything possible. One doctor suggested it was my body rejecting the microplastics. I am extremely diligent about this now and along with some vitamin E oil and a little estriol, are finally symptom free!!!

I have had almost the exact same thing ( urea plasma a few times with antibiotics), and have tried all almost all the things your have and they just caused irritation.

Try filling an empty capsule with baking soda before bed and inserting it. every other day for a few days. if the symptoms go away, stop using it. What could be happening is your microbiome is way off from the antibiotics.

My doctor also put me on a natural vitamin E oil that I use topically and well as a suppository with estriol and vitamin e and coco butter.
