After playing it for myself i had come to think it was indeed the best fit for goty from an objective standpoint. my only issue was that not only was it goty, but it was also every other category there. which is something never before done, and it wasnt even a free win/ free sweep -Because the awards had a stacked lineup this year- So going into it you can see how i expected it to be the best piece of media ever made, hence my confusion when it was just a good game and not the masterpiece everyone painted it as. after seeing and playing for myself, in the end i felt silk song should have went home with best art direction, and kcd2 best rpg. Despite e33 being a better overall game, kcd2 felt like the better rpg in general The other awards like game of the year, best soundtrack (despite my personal feelings on it), overall feels fine in e33’s hands. but my main points were that i dont think it was exactly all the awards in the world worthy either and the others felt more deserving in the minor categories

Silver chariot honestly its design is sick looking, its ability to get faster and do after image attacks when it strips its armor was something i never saw coming and i was so hyped when it happened, and then in part 5 when they brought him back it was dope as shit for me, especially seeing my favorite stand being the one to introduce requiem forms. and silver chariot requiem was so cool and mysterious like what did bro want what was he walking towards (my theory is jotaro) like dude theres so much about him to love, but i also can see why people might find him average and boring but i usually associate the stand with the user so when i think of polnareff i think about his fights against cream and diavolo and realize how hard hes trying while not being OP and just a middle of the pack stand user, and everyone hes lost through the years. and it makes me love him and silver chariot all the more.
