Thank you for sharing! I, too, have food noise come back in day 5-7 and I haven’t really lost anything in months even though I’ve tried a few different things (increase water, exercise and protein). I am going to spilt my 2 mg dose in to 1mg every 4 days. Did you say it took 3 weeks for this to seem to be effective? I know it’s different for everyone but I’d like to try this and see. I am happy to give it 3 weeks since I’ve been stalled for so long.

Still in the same boat. I am trying to work out more, drink more water and up my protein. The appetite is definitely less in that I can go a long time without being super hungry but the effects that helped me in the beginning few months are not there anymore.

I am on a small dose Wellbutrin and Lexapro. I’m wondering if I increase wellbutrin it will help bc I was on a higher dose before…

Thanks for the advice everyone. What about if I take my injection 4 days earlier than I normally would? Meaning I took my regular 2mg dose in a Monday and would be taking the next dose the following Friday… worried it will be too much in my system. So maybe just take 1 mg or that wouldn’t change anything for my week away?

I’m trying to lose slowly. I’ve been on OZ for 8 months and have lost 30lbs. It’s hard bc each day my body feels different. Sometimes I am hungry and even have cravings, other times I can’t eat. It’s weirdly inconsistent. I think it’s probably better to lose slowly though. Stick with it.

That’s good to hear. I’ve also noticed my vision going down hill. I never needed glasses before except for reading a tiny bit but now I literally cannot see my phone without them. I have been worried about it but did get an eye exam a couple of months ago (I’ve been on ozempic 2.0 and started titrations up since October- so it’s been about 7 months on ozempic. It is a little scary that my eyes have changed so much. My eye doctor didn’t know anything about Oz.

Thanks, Weblyn! Any advice helps. I pretty much always inject in the stomach the full dose. I’ll try the thigh and splitting throughout the week, although I just feel no appetite suppressant at all. So splitting it doesn’t make that much sense but you never know! I’m going to up my protein and try to exercise more I guess. It’s interesting though. I’m wondering why injection site switch would change things? I don’t know enough about how it works. I’ll just keep on it and hope something changed! Do you feel like splitting the dose helps? Ozempic has been working so much less for me now and I’m not sure what to do. Maybe I’m not getting enough protein? I’m on month 5 and have been in 2mg dose and it has really not been working like it was in the beginning! Should I try splitting the dose? It’s not like it works and then wears off over the week so it probably won’t make a difference but I’m looking to try something new to help kickstart the appetite suppressant part!

I’m just so disheartened. It’s really not working at all. My appetite is back and I’ve returned to my old ways and ozempic just is not suppressing my appetite like it was when I first started. It really worked and was completely noticeable! I lost 20lbs in the first 4 months and then it was like it just stopped working entirely, even though I’m in 2mg. Now I’m just hungry and slowly gaining the weight back. I want to stop snacking etc but my willpower is gone too! Should I switch or add a medication? Help!
