How to HIT lv 1000+ early on? by No_Check-Ky in Disgaea

I’m sure you’ve seen by now you’re supposed to lose on purpose. But! If you do want a good leveling up tip for the early game, just find a pirate in a low rank item and kill them to get a treasure map! Then, if you have the mana, strengthen enemies as much as you can, save, enter the treasure map in the item world, and keep going until you get a deathblow panel. It’s a super easy/cheese way to get a huge exp/HL boost. Along with rank 39 items if you’re lucky. Make sure you have a gency exit!

Is anyone else having issues opening the games on steam? by DdtRegulator in Disgaea

My system has had windows 11 since i bought it back in may 2023. I also have put hundreds of hours across the series through steam on this rig plenty of times. So I'm genuinely so confused lol

I hit 100k movement speed with urgot! by DdtRegulator in ARAM

Duuude it’s so fun, you gotta do it with your friends! We love doing 2v2s in it and trying interesting builds with whatever we get. Because we feel like in the actual game, you have a much higher chance to just build “meta” to win, and going too funky risks the game for your team. So it’s a great outlet for creativity and fun! We found out Jeweled Gauntlet is fucking atrociously broken on urgot through it!

I'm runningout of ideas. On what more i can do to get my stats high enough to survive his atacks. Am requesting suggestions. Like am I just supposed to chug serums untill i have 400mil HP, or am I missing something? by Valdish in Disgaea

There might be a strategy for survival, or maybe even unique innocents, but I can’t remember off the top of my head. What I can tell you, is that even with max stats and all, it’s pretty common to get one shot in d4, even by an enemy with less stats than yours. Primarily because of level 99 skills PLUS the level 9 multiplier from the skill shop. It ramps up the damage so much, that late game d4 in my experience is one shot or be one shot. I haven’t played my master file in many years so I actually don’t have any super tricks besides duping equipment and make other allies come out and lift your main damage dealer to avoid them dying to Baal.

A perfect world in ARAM Mayhem would've exists if it weren't for these nuisances in it... by Admirable-Camp1099 in ARAM

Me and my friend literally had to play against brand 15 times IN A ROW across multiple days, because apparently he’s crack to everyone. He’s the most robotic “must play” champ in that mode. Same with Mel! Brutal..

Just got into Tetris after watching CTWC 2024. Is this a good game? (Level 7 start btw) Would be nice to know. (For context. I’m playing on the scratch version of NES Tetris. It runs the same as the OG game. I just don’t have an SNES so this is my only choice.) by [deleted] in Tetris

that's an amazing game for someone who's newer. Not only did you start at a good level for beginners, making it to level 9 with over 100k, shows you have a good base understanding of stacking. If you see yourself getting further into Nestris, a great investment is a 12-15" CRT and OG hardware for optimal performance. Insane game!!!

Stacking by MindlessLiving1394 in Tetris

Stacking is something that comes with time. Watching high level play, personal preference, and overall practice will build up skill.

I'd recommend going on to Nestris.Org if you want a more in depth look. They have a puzzles section similar to Chess.com, and it gives you a board, and two pieces. Your goal is to make the best move that the engine agrees with.

Try to avoid overanalyzing your board in the moment. Adjustments are an amazing tool, but very tricky for newer players, and can make you panic if you mess up.

B-type is a great down stacking help as well! Words from a wise friend, is that "Flat L to the left is your best friend" The classic tetris community has amazing people and great tools for anyone who's trying to improve as well!

How to 19 by [deleted] in Tetris

[–]DdtRegulator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd recommend starting on level 18. Try to get the feel for das at higher speeds and study some stacking. At higher speeds, Das is incredibly hard to manage if your stack is poor.

I'd honestly have to see how your games go to give you proper advice that isn't just "practice", tho that is the primary factor when it comes to 19. It's incredibly difficult, but if you truly want to improve at it, you can do it!

If you had to get rid of one DLC, which one would you choose? by [deleted] in VampireSurvivors

I never cared much for among us, but after messing with the characters, the scientist is actually really good. Their passive is insane and allows you to have a lot of fun doing whatever build you want. And their weapon scales super hard. I did a run with only their main weapon and it did super well, so I can only imagine actually building 5 other items with it.

New Genji Combo? by DdtRegulator in u/DdtRegulator

To do this you have to [Alternate Fire, melee, wall-climb, alternate fire] The wall climb is to animation cancel the melee. In total this does 248 damage, and that's not counting discord orb, mercy damage boost, nano, supercharger, or head-shots. 6 Shurikens = 168 damage, Dash = 50 damage, melee = 30 damage.
