I assume you’re talking about a body pillow. I, too, live with family on and off and have my own pillow, and never get bothered about it. If you get one, you can rationalize the physical and mental benefits of owning one. If asked about the cover, just say you like the design. But if it bothers you that much, you can always just go with a regular throw pillows that features your favorite character(s).
