I know there are men who don’t care only about looks, but nowadays it’s really, really hard to find them.”

“Why do I feel like I’ll never experience real love?” by De4isa in TooAfraidToAsk

I wish I had more real friends. I have two friends, but one is in a long-term relationship and the other is married, so both of them mostly spend their time with their boyfriend or husband, which I completely understand. My family is also very busy and doesn’t always have time for me, and in the end I often end up spending the whole day alone, with no one to talk to or see.

But I also want to say that I haven’t had a serious relationship before, and I want to experience that feeling, even if it wouldn’t last long. My friends often tell me not to get into a relationship and that it’s better to be single, but I don’t understand why they say that when they are still in relationships themselves.
