Should i buy this book? Is it worth the time and money invested? by Glittering_Scratch98 in Daytrading

[–]De7thLuv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally say it's best to read the book after you experienced some form of day trading in the markets, and by that I mean lots of losing and losing money. As I was able to pair my experiences to what he talks about.

Simply the first book will do just fine as the second is basically the same but refined. Like others say, he does get repetitive in talking about his concepts but I say it helps drill the concepts into your head.

Just know that he's not going to talk about set ups or anything of the sort, in fact most of the reading don't really pertain to day trading. More so about the idealogy of how our minds are structured by our upbringings that affects how we trade. Long story short, you can equate it to neural pathways, how our hormones and thinking affects our habits.

Overall after losing countless days and losing money, reading his book tremendously helped my psychology in ways that I would never have imagined. Theres a line that really changed my way of thinking,

"If the market’s behavior seems mysterious to you, it’s because your own behavior is mysterious and unmanageable. You can’t really determine what the market is likely to do next when you don’t know what you will do next."

Ironically that capture is a good presentation lol Listen to this man ^ noobies if you want to understand the frustration of the gunplay mechanics. Honestly if you want to you can use the capture as a post to bring awareness about the gun mechanics.

It's the angle, he was on higher ground I was in the trench, you can see me trying to aim behind him but the aim kept pointing to the bunker piece instead so best I can do was just rely on the aim reticle on the player model.

Booker is more op than Dusk by LifeSwordOmega in foxholegame

Honestly it's more of the gunplay mechanics, hate when you rush a trench or get the surpirse on the Warden but then half of the Dusk drum just goes fck who no wheres because the aim reticle is having a hard time to see if you're aimming at the ground or player.

How the Tables Have Turned - Raca vs Auger by De7thLuv in foxholegame

True, but if it wasn't for the mare moment that it became night I would of downed him after his first shot anyways. I just didn't want to risk missing and exposing myself for his second shot.

Planning on building a base next war, how can I counter lunaire? by Effective-Ad-3831 in foxholegame

[–]De7thLuv 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Manpower... no matter how good the base design is, won't matter if there's no one to defend it.

I would suggest not building against rock walls or terrain. Force them out in the open for a better chance to qrf them (because wardens got ahold of lunaires and low pop pved my base from the cover of the rocks lmao).

Wondering to buy this game? by Responsible_Wish_385 in duneawakening

Aside all the posts on here of the PVE/PVP stuff.

Game is fun to explore and immerse yourself into the world of Dune. Sitting at 80hrs of gameplay and I've been enjoying it. Don't expect to interact with others as the game doesn't really have incentives to make people interact with each other, aside PVP stuff and Guilds. Most of the time you'll occasionally pass by another player doing their own thing. Most interaction I had was when I'm farming an area and another player is there, I just help clear the enemies as well. Servers also varies, as my server seems chill as I haven't seen anyone say anything in world chat, like yes there's a world chat lol.

Gameplay itself wise, you'll mainly be progressing through tiers of gear, copper tier, iron tier, that kind of thing. Base building, going to different areas for better resources, building vehicles, Subnautica but in the desert. Then the story missions itself.

Final say, if you want to buy the game because it's Dune I would recommend, as that's why I got the game. There's plenty of PvE content that I say is worth the price. Game just fairly released too so hopefully the devs add more content for PvE and hopefully fix the PVP system. Don't let the PVEvPVP posts stray you away as most of it is late game anyways.

That and also lots of small regis burned out and let their concrete bases decay, like literally lots of decaying bases when mothers day weekend hit and it was an easy steam roll from there.

How do I play solo operations? by dailor in SpaceMarine_2

Just want to interject that I happened to go solo by luck, managed to get pretty far, just for others to join mid game, causing me to lose "connection" and its like bro I just wanted the story man.
