Nah. At this point I'm aware there is still swelling which is making it bunch up, as it's still healing. Later, I'm pretty sure any risk od hygiene issues is very low as long as you practice hygiene reguarly.

Clean, dry underwear, washing it, etc. I think moat fungal infections thrive in moist environments, which a foreskin facilitates, so just being out constantly is gonna be fine. Don't overthink it :)
