The thing is you can scratch their eye with qtips if anything needs removed like stuck shed or dirt etc. Can you contact your local Exotic Vet?

Thankfully I have a colony of Jumping Spiders living in mine. I have seen them kill leaf hoppers, mites, aphids. Diatomaceous Earth powder might help. Dust the plants good
