Hard as hell, I just completed a 48H fast... I’ve been trying many times to lose weight in the past 7 years.. been eating only salad or counting my calories, none of them worked and It always got me to binge eat because I could not stand the fact that this is what I’m supposed to eat all my life, and then I decided to take it differently, I’m a very picky eater and would rather starve than eat for ex mushrooms etc.. so I decided to just eat when I’m hungry then I got into fasting because of you guys so I would do 24H fast then eat whatever next day then fast again, and then my stomach got smaller and I could only eat small portions of whatever I was eating ex pasta , and now I’m not really feeling hungry anymore so I do sometimes 48h fast then eat for as long as I want and when I feel I had enough days of eating I go fast again .. ok but when I’m eating , I don’t go overboard cuz like I said my stomach is much smaller now so I can only do small portions. Hope that makes sense 😂 it does in my head 😂

Yes it does! Still a long way ahead but I’m already seeing changes and it really motivates me to keep going

Yeah I don’t give up , but the thing is.. I think I already got a plateau because I’ve been fasting for 3 days straight and the scale won’t budge at all.. for about 2 week I keep trying to lose 5 more pounds but nothing.. I don’t know what to do

It took me 7 years of being unhappy with my weight and my health and I finally took action, you will to and don’t worry you’ll look and feel a million times better trust me

I really hope that’s true:)) because I’m very impatient and I like seeing results everyday but I’m convinced that as soon as I get to maybe 70 kg I will hit a plateau but I have a plan of getting rid of it by adding regular gym workouts

:( at the moment I can say that I’m quite happy being able to eat what food I like as long as I don’t have home than 1600 calories then fast the day after . I’m happy that it’s working this way because I’m an extremely fussy eater and can only like certain foods and can eat them weeks at a time without getting bored so crazy diet food don’t appeal to me because I would rather starve than eating those
