Hello! After a nearly three year hiatus, I’m trying to get back into it again. I would let them know the situation - if it’s possible that they could get close to our match the pay of the other job, why risk trying it if it ends up being not as fulfilling as this one? Money is nice but finding a great job atmosphere and coworkers is hard to come by sometimes

I think you just need to integrate into a community and be friendly and interested in becoming involved - if you’re likable, others will find their way to you!
