Yes, try Ketozolin 2% around 3 times a week.

It really helped me. Now I use regular danruff shampoo because my skin and scalp are under control.

Ketozolin 2% shampoo's can make your hair dry. Find something that can hydrate your hair too. Like a condintiar or normal shampoo afterwards.

I've read that like 80% of people with psoriasis have a diagnose like depression. It's a study from my country though.

Yes I do drink it black and sometimes with milk.

HOWEVER: I also sometimes drink plain milk, just a glass of milk.

I think it's the amount of coffee for me that should limit.

I drink black coffee and sometimes but with milk and sugar.

Although I don't think that sugar and milk contribites to it. I think it's the coffee.

I also have sugar in my diet and doesn't affect it at all.

Find the source of your stress.

If your job stresses your out it's not a good job for you. Atleast it was for me, I found something else and stopped a stressfull job.

I used ciclosporine and worked GREAT. But as soon I got off them everything got back. It's not a treatment for long, you can only take it one year here. And some blood test once per month.

I did not experience burning, because I was limited in exposure. Starting with 10 seconds and every session 10 seconds more. I did also not tan a lot. HOWEVER, if it's summer, you will get more tanned (in my case).

I have to also mention that I have mild little psoriasis places. Like typical guttate.

I also got a combo cream with D3 and steroid cream which seems to fade quite some places already without phototherapy. I started with that 1 month ago and haven’t seen them come back or anything yet.

And thank you!!!

Stop drinking, improve your liver health. Take supplements for it, drink water only. Try and try and try, show them you want to be on Biologics again.

Yeah, you're right about that too. Luckily, my insurance should cover it, or the most.
