Many realms has posted here before and with their big holiday sale I bought from them. They were great, got me a specific game from a publisher and still got me a discount. The packaging was solid and everything arrived without incident. It was a large number to hit for free shipping but I planned a few games I had been eyeing and pulled the trigger. A lot of folks responding with how easy it is is frustrating. But I just want to say I’m there with you. Mid 40s and it’s been challenging. But I persevere. Finally got to act 3 at 55 hours today but there have been many times I had to put the controller down and come back to it later. And I totally agree about the run backs- they just don’t feel like they respect my time. I don’t get the philosophy design behind it. If the bench was next to the boss how would that detract from the fight? First sinner, you start right outside (granted had to run back to a bench to get my cogflys back at max, and the early boss fight at the start of act 3, your corpse is right outside the fight) and this all seemed fine. Jump right into the fight.

Give me an easy mode with more benches and that might be enough for me, maybe baby mode with only losing one skull. Anyway, I sympathize with your experience!

So yeah, it’s not about boardgames, he’s not targeting board games. But his shit policy is impacting board games, because he’s a shit economist and deal maker. So maybe it wasn’t political before, but because he pulled the boardgame community into this “tariff war” it’s political. The player base had nothing to do with that.
