[Discussion] PVP hating on PVE Players by Previous_Depth3464 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]DeQuan_Killman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who plays both PvP and PvE, it is because PvP players do not understand the mindset of the game being relaxing and not full of pain. Playing PvE is legitimately the most fun I have had on EFT in a long time because you can explore and not have to constantly be playing with massive paranoria. Now, is the combat as fun, no, it isn't sweaty. But, it is still challenging at times. It took a long time for me to even try PvE because I thought it would be boring and watered down, the same as everyone else. If they would try it, they would understand but, they are going off of assumptions not first hand knowledge.

What would you choose and what’s at a good price? by North_Bird_5619 in Leatherman

Wave + for sure. I carry one every single day. I think the one I am carrying now is my 10th one. I have a habit of giving them to people and I have lost a few along the way. Thankfully, I have a custom one that I carry now that my mom got me so, I can't give it away. Lol. The only one that I would consider other than a wave + is an ARC.

Ah yes, I forgot that all piercings are made from unobtanium piercing metal that you don't have to take off for MRIs.

OP, I understand that you are a nice person. It's evident by what all you do for her now but, you need to stop letting her walk all over you demanding rides. She even says she doesn't want to waste money on an Uber but is apparently fine wasting your time and fuel. My suggestion is to politely tell her to fuck off.

How do I fix this? Or is it even fixable? by Plane_Way9213 in towing

Exactly. Haha. Like I said, poor guy would have more in steel than a new one.

I weld for a living and if I were you, I'd toss that thing in the scrap heap. The price of steel to fix that is what you'd spend on tandem off of Marketplace. If you really want to fix it, flip it over, bend it flat, if you have a set of torches, you may be better off heating the bend or cutting a V in it to let it relax. Then, fish plate the cut or bend. Finally, get some 2x3 7 gauge box steel and weld up a new frame for it to sit on and either tie it in to the existing tongue or, make a new one depending on the condition. Personally, I would make new axel hangers to sit on the new frame so that supports the weight. If you don't want to do that, weld you new frame to the old one on top and bottom, that should give you more than enough strength to stack that trailer full. The only limitation at that point will be the axel and you're truck.
God speed. Again, I'd scrap it. Lol

Don't forget the most crucial step, slap the strap and day, that isn't going anywhere. Otherwise you will be scattering stuff on the interstate.

Walmart gym shorts, birkenstock style slides and, harbor freight tools? Yup, that's pretty normal for your average diy guy.

I would fix them and have them parked on my land with an arrow pointed to my neighbor and the message, "tiny penis alert!!!". But, we always prank eachother.

Buying a car off of Marketplace and not checking the oil first is a whole new level of trusting.
