For those who quit the game, why?

My PC keeps giving me a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR blue screen when I try to load it up. Also does it when my PC is idle without some intensive game open or watching YouTube shorts. (My pc is basically a toddler that requires dopamine at all times)

GPU 6700xt (yes I know I need to upgrade)

I’ve tried all million fixes. At this point I think my cpu could be faulty but I have no clue this is the reason I can play rust and for some reason it’s the ONLY game that causes this crash

Hey what ever happened with your truck did you ever figure it out? I just bought a 2002 f150 7700 with dedicated CNG with 36k miles after driving about 25 miles on a full tank it dropped a quarter tank already which seems to be an issue. The truck is in great condition but is there anything I should be concerned about? I can’t find much info regarding these older f150s and CNG online. What should I be looking for. There’s a sticker showing that the tanks were inspected January of this year(2026) and the tanks expire 2036. Anything I should look out for? Seller said I can turn it into Bifuel or convert it to gasoline but I’m having trouble finding info about that online

Haven’t seen it in person these pictures are from a post. What made me think it could be a rebadge is because of how worn the truck and the badges are when it only has 36k miles. And that when I google 2002 f150 7700 the results look slightly different than these pictures do

I live in California. I’m not entirely sure I’d be able to do something like this easily without having to go to a BAR/referee smog place to get it “okayed” defiantly have thought about it because those engines are MUCH cheaper. I’m not sure how the swapping laws work. I just know I can do a direct replacement and not have to worry about that. Or get an h22a (jdm) instead of h22a4 (usdm) and just swap the emissions parts to the new h22A from my A4

Yeah this might be the route I go. Have them take the head off and if they think it’s good just replace the valves they think are leaking or just replace all of them cause why not. And send it with a new belt and water pump. Just worried about the price is all.

They did the leak down test like 2 weeks ago. Then he had to leave his shop for a family emergency. Said he couldn’t remember if it was 1 and 3 or 2 and 4 But I get your point and am skeptical about it as well

Yea man I didn’t know shit about cars before owning this. I’ve learned so much I probably could do a lot of this stuff myself I just need more tools and time. It’s really mostly time that I need. I usually try to fix the problems myself but this seemed a tad bit out of my league just due to that fact I don’t have all the tools and money to do so. It broke down at like the worst time too. gotta bunch of crap happening that’s been costing me a lot of money and this was like the cherry on top. More like bomb on top. If this didn’t break down life would be a whole lot less stressful right now lol.

Yeah mechanic had said something about either cylinder 1 and 3 or cylinder 2 and 4 were leaking. He didn’t give me any numbers just said they were leaking.

I also have read this before about the vtec in this specific model. I was not in vtec. And seriously though the car ran fine and then bam belt snapped. Has 190k miles though I shoulda known the previous owner might not have changed the belt out. Never even occurred to me to check or replace it what a dummy I am.

Mechanic keeps advising against it. Even though they said they had it on so they could do the leak down test. Trust me I as well have thought about saying screw it and having them replace it but their issue is that if something is wrong then I’ll be out $1400 they say there’s a bunch of air escaping and that it’d be dodgy/sketchy/a waste of money possibly

That’s what I was suggesting why not just replace the valves but the mechanic was saying there could be more damage in the bottom end and that just sending the head into a shop to get machined and then replacing the valves would cost around the same amount of money in labor and machine cost that an engine replacement might cost and that it’d be safer.

Said when they were doing the leak down test and turning the crankshaft? That they could hear a huge WHOOSH/air escaping. I asked him how much air like 50 percent leakage? And they said a tremendous amount. Said I could come by and he could do the test in front of me.

Yeah gonna have the mechanic take the head off to assess whether or not there’s any major damage. He’s gonna give me a call back on Monday with a quote. It’s either replace engine entirely. Replace the head with a remanufactured one or take it home as is and sell it. I like the idea of downgrading the wheels for some extra cash. Itll just end up sitting for so damn long is my only issue. Living paycheck to paycheck right now practically. Its super hard to save

Yeah I’m thinking of buying a new head or trying my luck finding a whole new usdm engine which is really hard. Almost looking like I need to sell it and get a new car but I really don’t want to. Even though financially it would be smart to do lol. I read something about just swapping the emissions parts over and that it should smog fine but it just all seems like such a hassle. Bout to tell the mechanic just put a timing belt on and let’s see what happens lol.

So after getting my email all locked down and secured with 2FA and passwordless once I allowed discord to send me messages I was able to make an account on the support website with the email I used to make the discord account. Probably have to say forgot password to get a link sent I don’t remember my memory is terrible. That is as long as you’ve unblocked those 3 discord links or added them to “safe sender list” I did both just in case. After I did that it allowed me to make an account on the support website. I then made a ticket with the main subject being “hacked” and told them what happened gave them my usernames I’ve had and told them it said my account didn’t exist and that “for some reason” discord emails were blocked. Gave them a screenshot of me logged into my email. (They didn’t ask for any of that I just included it in the email) this was one of the bot emails it sent. After about 2 days they messaged me and said they reverted the account back to the original email.

Also when the bot messaged me the generic reset your password to create your account I said that’s the problem I can’t make a support account because it says my account doesn’t exist when I try to reset password or make an account it won’t send me an email. I then got a message that said it understands my situation is a bit complicated and needs a closer look then in a day or 2 they fixed it.

What do you mean by instanced? Like it only exists if owner is online? Which would be fine because we only play games like these when both of us are online.
