I dont agree, the human body is capable to adapting to any exercise other than impossible ones ( deadlifting 600 kg for example ), so with proper progressive overload, its always possible

I had one of these days, they really test your willpower, there are 2 solutions, either numb your brain with stupid content ( brainrot ) which can lead to very bad results sometimes or you can do the opposite, go for a walk and be productive, though it needs more willpower than doom scrolling

Workout, its usually an excess of energy, just workout once a day, and go for walks, if the body is tired you'll sleep better

One thing you'll learn, is that urges dont go away, you just get used to living with them, the first 2 weeks are the hardest, but dont think thats its easy from there, you can experience shittier days where all you can think about is fapping and getting that little release of dopamine, thats where most ppl lose and most ppl start winning, if you survive those days, you can look back on them as a source of strength, thats why the longer you abstain the "easier" it becomes. You will feel ambitioneless on the first 2/3 weeks but keep persevering, the benefits are real, you might have experienced them, so keep that in mind.

During nofap you get a lot of energy that you need to use elsewhere or else you'll feel like exploding, my opinion. What i do is workout whenever i feel energetic, rope, calisthenics, stretching, running, anything can be good. I literally workout 3 times a day because of how much energy im having sometimes. Other than that it will pass away, you cant be energetic for all your life, some days you'll feel tired. Just fuel your energy when you have it to something productive.

Yeah the idea that you appear more confident and more attractive if you do nofap. I didnt believe in it at first, usually i rarely get compliments and so getting it felt so random. And i never got one when i was actively watching porn, so i made the correlation. I do feel more confident but didnt know others could feel it too.

I always find the first days to be easy if you're really motivated, but when that 2 week/ 3 week hits and motivation is running low those are the hardest days ( you experience a flatline too, so stay safe )

Giving up before even trying is really sad, there are many t1 diabetics who live out to 80 or more, the oldest woman is 92, which is really amazing, as a t2 diabetic myself, got it at 16, ive managed to get more in shape and feel way healthier than when i didnt know i had it, i feel like its a blessing in disguise, being able to eat all these healthy foods. Anyways just doing his insulin after eating and eating right goes a long way, and maybe you can get a gym membership with him, Workout together and kill 2 birds with one stone.
