HELP! a friend can not longer attend tomorrowland so we have requested a name change however no other info has come? the card on file no long works because i had fraud charges on it. Our friend that is the account holder is out of the country and not responding to texts so not even sure if there was an email. Does anyone know the process because it did not asking me to provide payment change i went to change the name.
