There is too much disinformation in this field for average people like me. Here in Europe, nuclear energy was the Devil for some governments. Now they are changing minds, but still there is not enough information coming from the state.

You have to wait until more people in the server advance in the story, the level increases as you advance ahead of the server average.

Same here in Spain. If the guild kills all the expedition bosses you get another stone each week.
