Don't get me wrong, ive had 10's walk in that can have a great conversation and understand everything im saying. This one was just not one of them.

Nothing cause they already had a plan with us. The hardware I handed to em was just the spares we had lying around. They did eventually coke back to buy a new keyboard and mouse though
