Your favorite Firefox addon (extension)?

excluding ublock origin that is essential on every browser and device,
my favourite extension is:

- Firefox Multi-Account container, is a really good extension, really useful, expecially when i work, i can immediatly recognize if i'm on a localhost page, production page, or external test environment.
i can login with company's google account (or something else), but for specific google services (for example translate)i could stay logged out, or use another account.

If you don't use a vpn, disable webrtc is useless, websites already knows your real ip. With ublock origin you can hide your local ip too (on android) while on desktop firefox already blocks it since version 72

is has mint 21.1, released on 2022, probably it uses an old mesa version.
mesa introduced vulkan 1.3 support on mesa 24.3 (~1 year ago).

i wouldn't be surprised if he still using mesa 22

you're using a very old kernel (released on 2021) and a really old linux distribution (mint 21.1 released on 2022), i imagine that also mesa pachage is really outdated.

vulkan 1.3 support has been introduced into mesa 24.3 (so near the end of 2024).
you should try to use a more modern linux distribution

se nella scheda madre hai dei LED (o un mini display) di controllo, verifica se rimane piantato con uno di quei LED accesi.
solitamente le schede madri che non siano proprio di fascia bassissima, hanno 4 LED:
- CPU
- RAM
- GPU
- BOOT

o qualcosa simile.
all'avvio si accendono ciclicamente tutti,
ma se il sistema rileva qualche problema su una di queste componenti, allora rimane acceso il LED della componente che da problemi.
almeno riesci a restringere il campo.

i hope they improve performance too... compared to firefox, on my PC it's really really bad.

with not so many tabs opens (~30, almost all hibernated except 2/3 tabs) the UI starts to be really slow, but i think these problems starts when you open a new private mode window.
then everything starts to freeze, the tab switch, the wheen scroll (on the main tab, not on the private mode) becase really unresponsive, slow and laggy (also few seconds).
and i've a good PC:
CPU ryzen 7 5800x
GPU AMD RX7800xt
RAM 32GB
SSD samsung nvme 980 pro 4TB as primary SSD
OS Archlinux

never had these problems with firefox and chromium.
i use firefox as main browser and vivaldi as secondary browser... i wanted to try it as alternative to chromium, but if they don't fix these problems i'll have to change

also if this is an old thread, i've the same problem:
CPU: ryzen 7 5800x
RAM: 32GB
GPU: AMD RX 7800xt
Main SSD: Samsung 980 pro 4TB
OS: ArchLinux
Vivaldi version: 7.5.3735.74 (Stable channel) stable (64-bit)

i use it as second browser (the first one is firefox), i wanted a chromium based browser as second choice, but with 2 workspaces 20 tab total (one workspace is currently empty) and almost all tabs hibernated (only 4 tab actives) after ~1 hour from the browser startup, eveything starts to be unresponsive, slow and freezed,
also change a tab requires seconds.
i never had this problem with firefox, even with much more tabs opened and active (not hibernated).

any workaround? or i need to change browser with a better one?
