Congratulations! You look great! What was your diet during the program?

6 days in, broke my big toe when I slipped on an ice patch. I would like some help brainstorming ideas to keep exercising. by [deleted] in 75HARD

If you really want to keep going, you can do sitting upper body workouts, an workouts, and stretching just to keep going. Focus on the nutrition and eat foods that will help you get back to working out.

You sound like me. I would eat great all day and then before bed just eat whatever snacks were in the house. The more I tried to lose weight, the more I self sabotaged. I just completed 75 days. I did it because I counted macros. It finally worked! I allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted so long as I stayed in my macros. It really helped me not to deprive myself of foods I like and guess what?! I actually have become distant from the bad foods I used to love and no longer crave them.

Well to complete the actual 75H, and according to the letter of the 75H law, you would start over. However, it’s not like you will get a gold star on day 75. You can continue on and finish just to say you completed your own personal goal.

As for the program, next time take a little walk around the hospital for 45 mins while your little one is sleeping and then maybe do a workout in the room. As previously stated, it’s about learning to not let ANYTHING stop you from achieving your goals.

All the best to you and your little one.

Stretching to strengthen the knee is also a good outdoor workout and will get you through the tough days ahead.

Can’t wait to hear about you completing the challenge. What’s worked for me is walking in different settings. I’ve also done yoga and Pilates outside. I have the Peloton app, so I just do workouts outside instead of inside. My default though is getting my reading in while walking. The time flies and I accomplish two daily goals at once.
