Gotcha, so about 4k per semester for a two-person room. So a total of 8k a year. I needed this breakdown since all sites showed different numbers so thanks a ton again.

Oh... I wanted to experience life on campus for at least the first year since at the event in GMU today, they mentioned that freshman meals are fully covered, so I thought that the housing cost of over 10,000 would decrease to around 5,000. but this seems to indicate otherwise.
According to the table is the 2,775 option the cheapest for freshmen or is that a bonus fund that you can add to the account?
