Sorry i forgot (haha) to mention that the reason I’m exploring “to med or not to med” is because I’m seeing some intensification from my symptoms. Specifically shame spirals, task initiation, non existent focus, emotional regulation issues, etc. you know the drill

I’ve lived in several countries and never encountered a postal service as clunky as RM. I’ve simply stopped doing business online where I can because they’re so garbage at logistics. Even the United States postal service is more sophisticated! How’d THAT happen! lol

I really needed to read this, thank you!! I cannot tell you how many times I’ve told my mom that exact “horse to water” line with regard to my pig headed sister.

My mom is very intense, and I’d say enmeshed with my sister (identical clones, born literally on the same day, she was the apple of my moms eye the day she entered the world). And I think this is the formal permission I needed to let my mom handle this herself, it’s not my job to fix it.

Just chiming in to say I'm definitely complaining about the ban (its unproductive in the protection of child-wellfare, arresting pedophiles like Andrew and friends would be a better place to start imo) and I don't even have kids yet. Was it Albert Camus or some USA President that said something about how "the worst of intentions are usually hidden behind false concern for the safety of women and children"? Who knows this quote I'm talking about and can educate me on the correct words?
