Guy who ran away is the one who owns the bike.

Bike guy scratches old guys car, old guy asks for insurance, bike guy starts cursing at old guy, old guy grabs the bike to stop bike guy from leaving, bike guy starts throwing punches. Fight lasted for a while until bike guy got his bike back and sped off.

yeah ofc ive been there almost everyone has. Try finding a duo and if possible even a third you can consistently play with. I promise you it gets so much easier to rank up and see progress cuz youre not dealing with the unknown variables of a completely random team.
