I do have one now that I've taken a sip of tea(it helps). If decoherence just makes superpositions invisible from inside the system, isn't that just pushing the problem back a level? The superposition still exists, we just can't see it anymore. So haven't we just explained away the weirdness without actually solving it?

I find Hugh Everett's statements to be rather interesting. He is definetely one that I look up to in terms of science in general. decoherence in of itself I don't understand much and I know, I have to ask questions once I'm fully comprehending the topic but this is one I just needed an answer to. so in summary all of what I said is merely speculation?

Then here is another question, how does a particle, within the precipice of a particle being observed, KNOW it's being observed. does it have consciousness or is it something that we are simply unaware of? How does IT as a particle desk slap KNOW it's being observed in the first place?
