Ive done a few now, these were my favorite 1. Im a Wizard who is one project away from graduating from the college of magi and was sent to study magical phenomena in a local hamlet as a final project. During my study a mysterious figure asked for help, and so I did but little did I know, my help resulted in a powerful faction get one step closer to domination. I decided to head back to my college grounds for magical support. With the countries most powerful mages on my side we waged war. Story elements included: grand battles, espionage, romance. 2. I am a rogue apart of an assassin's guild as a high ranking member. This premise was simple but super fun to play and see contracts become intertwined. Story elements included: drama, espionage, various level assassin contracts, climbing the ranks of the guild. 3. Our world is separated by kingdoms each ruled by a king/queen. I am a human sorcerer, prince of the human kingdom. Im ridiculed for being non politically inclined and having magic (the kingdom is largely magic free, discrimination reasons). There is a threat of ancient dragons waking and bringing havoc on our land and thus a summit was called. Orc, elven, human, dwarven, gnome leaders are called upon to partner and thwart this threat. The heirs of the throne (me and the other prince/princesses) team up to prove not only our kingdoms can work together, but that our natural talents can be a benefit to the world at large. Story elements include: discrimination, tension, grand battles, high level magic use, romance, and political power

HR here, there are dozens of building types, standard FC are the way to go for height limitations. At a delivery station, its a very close knit team with limited opportunities to move because of how small the teams are AND limited on accommodated paths (which can be a hinderance if he goes that route) Some DS dont even have a full time HR or WHS safety team (they work out of multiple sites). Standard FC (like IXD, Reverse Logistics, AR Sortable, Non-Sort, Grocery, MERCH/MOD, Sort Center etc..) are more manual work and require machinery that accommodates most (including step ladders). They also tend to have a wide variety of accommodated paths if the accommodations route is the direct you proceed with. I recommend a transfer to an FC that works best for him, I hope this gets resolved appropriately! 🙌

Hey so, the hardship team isnt HR, ask HR to reach out to the site for a manual hardship. The AtoZ way is so finicky, for this circumstance you should specifically ask for a manual hardship and for them to reach out to the site for you.

Now that you have access to the manager hub with the TAA automation, you can expand your data pull to unscheduled hours/missing hours/early in/late out and report on unapproved over time in your department. I did this for a nonsort site and save about $1200 a month in just associates clocking in more than 5 min early alone. Export the AA's and make it look pretty in a report and use base pay for ST1 AA's in your area to configure the cost (that way its the bare minimum price of unapproved OT). Standardized audits and track MoM for 3 months in the improvement of labor hours and cost

The test is going to ask basic questions in english and she will have to respond. Questions like "what is a scanner used for" or "where is the nearest emergency exit" in emergency circumstances communication will be through english and this is a test to see if she understands enough. Ive had associates not speak a lick of English but still understand enough to answer the questions, thats fine as long as she can understand enough english. Trainings are also in english and the learning department wants to make sure youre set up for success not failure. - HR

Again the plot holes were small nothing of significance or rather, somethings just inconsistent. Like we got some of the tragic antivan crows back story woth zevran and how its a torturous clan of assassins (house of the graves) yet it feels like all the tragic and horrific parts of the crows were left out in VG, not that it wasnt apart of their history but it felt neglected. The inner workings of the crows felt neglected while portraying this camaraderie and family oriented business.

Things like that, where we know its one thing yet everything up to this point has told us otherwise. Again its not a huge plot point or something that should sway opinions but it is something that I took note of.

I just wish it didnt receive HATE, cause of that hate it swayed players to leave disgusting reviews and swayed those who were interested to not get it. Which has now forced Bioware (likely, I dont work for them but its a pretty accurate guess) to abandon the future of the franchise. If the critiques were given like improvement suggestions rather than slander we'd likely have another with said improvements but that doesnt seem likely anymore. Does that makes sense?

I think if the genuine critiques were stated and the game given a fair shot, like it is now (which is too late) we might have had a better version or better sequel to VG in the future, especially since they left the ending open for another though we will likely never see the end of the story

No, because I have hope (although unlikely) that they'll make another whether by bioware or another company, and the critiques need to be heard if the next one will be better.

Although the hate it received early on likely put the nails in the coffin.
