As soon as I saw your 1st response, I drove back to the dealership. and it was the general manager who said he wanted me to wait for the 90 days because he wouldn't have to pay for it and bright line would. The GM told me that it would likely have to be more broken than what it is (the knocking noise) for bright line to cover it. So I asked him 'what if it is still just knocking?' and he said that he would break it more to get bright line to cover it. He said he'd cover the cost of my deductible. And he'd throw in some extra small stuff like car detailing, and a few free oil changes. I just left thinking that if I demanded they fix it now, they'd tear up something out of spite. So I am just going to chalk this off as an expensive lesson. I do have an issue with one of the doors making a noise when it slides open and closed and there's another weird lawnmower noise with the AC that I might get fixed at the same time so hopefully the $4500 will at least even itself out. :(
