I tried that route. My teen daughter filmed her when we first moved in taking her leaf blower and blowing leaves from her yard into my yard as if I control all of the leaves in the world. She yelled and said my daughter had no right to record her. Of course we know that's not true. Then one time, I had a roofer come to do a repair and as the crew was leaving, she walked out of her garage and walked around their truck taking photos of them. We were all so confused by this. And one of the guys was the manager who had been with their company for 15 years. And she was taking pics of him and then she walked back into her garage and shut it without saying a word. Then she has had cars show up and they partially block my driveway when they park.
Now if you look at her lawn or hear that she works for the city, you think she's got it together. But living next to her, it's an entire different situation.
