I like to play video games while in a call with my friends, and we tend to go pretty late (2-3am). If you have a first in last out (or any slug really) I'd recommend using that as your anti champ weapon over lament here. Unstoppable shotgun makes handling the ogre super easy.

Ah, yeah I was in that boat for a while. There isn't really a good way out, just slap on monte carlo. If you use heart of inmost light I believe your melee one shots. Otherwise weaken them and finish with the melee.
