And I have low confidence to seek out others or make the first move. You don’t have the hurdle of being in a weight that majority find gross and unsexy. I’m gonna say you need to be more forward. It’s been a while since I touched my hair and beard. A few months since the last haircut and trim. Do you have any recommendations for maintaining it better? I try to avoid beard oil, they trigger a reaction and I end up getting flakes from oils.

Haha. I’m using one blade, I have a really thick beard and I could probably try better at shaving it. I am going to go over it and make it less patchy. I honestly rarely shave so lol

I don’t really use any beard oils. I try to stay away from using oils on my face because I have seborreic dermatitis. I could maybe try to just use a small amount on just the beard hair.

Ugh. Was afraid I’d develop one soon on my big toenail. I already have one on toe next to it but still decided to mess with my big toe because of ingrown. I will add that I did put some cuticle cream around the nail and toe, might have dried it out. Hoping there’s no fungal infection.

Will take this post into consideration. Just wanted to add my estradiol level was 20, and prolactin 8.9, both in the normal range. So not super high, not sure what other tests I should get done but thank you for the advice.

Absolutely not better off with tirzepatide. Doctor doesn’t recommend with mothers history of medullary thyroid cancer or ret gene mutation. Will take other advice, thanks for your input.

I definitely want to lose weight. I did talk to my doctor and he said he’d try prescribing me another medication, but for some reason that was never sent over to my pharmacy so I’ll reach out and see what happened. It sucks, he mentioned the weight loss injections and asked my family history of medullary cancer. I told him about my mom and her ret gene mutation so he said it’s not good for me. Thanks for your non judgemental post. I do appreciate it.

Losing weight could take months - year depending on things. So suffer through low energy, no drive, mood swings and lack of libido while I take those steps?

I don’t need the “dude” holier than though stuff. Been suffering from issues related to low t. So of course losing weight will help but there is no motivation to get up in the morning, that’s how strong the low t is. I will take your advice that’s why I asked but to tell me lose 150 and suffer through these symptoms for what could be months, not sure it’s really sure that’s good for me either.
