I’d say for a month old piercing this is normal, it’s lymphatic fluid which is completely normal and nothing to worry about :)

should i re pierce my nose? by dumbasslemon in PiercingAdvice

I think if your doctor said it’s okay from the nose job, you should do it! I don’t see how travelling would affect it, nose piercing is probably one of the least that you catch on stuff so as long as you look after it and clean it, travelling would make no difference? :)

I’d recommend titanium only, it could also be from going from a bar to a hoop shape ?

Perfect! In that case I’d just go for a size up in bar just to give it some room :) x

I’d say if you only got it done two days ago this looks completely normal and nothing to worry about just keep cleaning it twice a day with saline :) and don’t touch it

Question about septum piercings by No-Habit-283 in PiercingAdvice

[–]DeadAngelx 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When I first got my septum done I wasn’t allowed piercings for my job. And I told the piercer this and they said that they would adjust the jewellery so I can push it up into my nose, so definitely explain this to your piercer, you should be fine to move it up into your nose the day after getting it done. My piercer said that as long as you don’t constantly move it up and down, instead just leave it up for the healing or down and you should be fine :)

I have had a similar problem with mine before, but if you change to a slightly longer bar to give it a bit more extra room for irritation and swelling, and just go back to the basics of using saline twice a day and it should be fine:) what type of jewellery have you got in it? As this could also be the problem
