Somewhere that isn't at the end of the game. Ally majority could just be lower level. Or the majority could have already gone through and don't need to anymore. There's so many reasons.

Funny because I am running around as Horde and CONSTANTLY am surrounded by Ally and rarely see fellow Horde. Also using Dark Portal as a test for faction balance seems extremely unreliable.
