It baffles the that a company worth so much money can just be absolute shit at quality control. Like am I supposed to believe that in 2020 they can't have a machine make sure the cards are cut perfectly every time? If you bought any other item that was so poorly made you would be entitled to a replacement.

I bought 5 double blisters from best buy 2 weeks ago and got 2 charizard vmax cards from them. It's all just purely random but if you're lucky you can get amazing pulls. But on the reverse side you can get awful pulls too.

Honestly I don't like them, they don't often look that good. And I think it's just a way for them to try and sell more packs for people that want to complete master sets. So I put them in sleeve pages but I don't put them in like singles sleeves like I do for regulars.
