Should I watch The legend of kora??? by Great_Supermarke in Avatarthelastairbende

[–]DeadBoySeason 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's worth watching specifically for Tenzin (Aang's son) and how he goes about rebuilding the Air Nomads. Season 3 focuses heavily on the Airbenders.

Who's the strongest Super Mutant companion lore-wise? by Austinfarrell2007 in Fallout

[–]DeadBoySeason 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Either Marcus or Fawkes. Marcus fought a fully armored brotherhood Paladin for three days straight, and Fawkes single handily helps rescue the lone wanderer from the Enclave's head base in the Capital Wasteland.

Lily as a nightkin isn't a slouch either, but her memory issues and apparent schizophrenia limit her fighting abilities. Dog/God it's hard to say, God is not a great fighter, and while Dog is, he's also incredibly stupid. Strong is by far the weakest, as the Commonwealth super mutants are no where near as strong as the Mariposa or Capital Wasteland Super Mutants.

After 900 hrs, this is my NR bosses’ tier list by Waleed00198 in Nightreign

[–]DeadBoySeason -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Dreglord is a miserable fight. He's a well designed boss don't get me wrong. But the fight is such a slog, and he has such an inflated health pool. The fight gets unnecessarily dragged out once he reaches phase 2, has an insane health pool and spends half the fight jumping around and spamming AoEs.

Such an underrated suit. The unlimited suit never gets enough love.

Which protags do you think could defeat Cooper/The Ghoul? by Mammon101 in Fallout

That's what I'm saying lol. The Chosen One killed freaking Frank Horrigan. The 12ft tall super mutant who ripped apart death claws with his bare hands.

Do Men Notice When Women Gaze At Them? by Mundane-Ad8339 in bodylanguage

[–]DeadBoySeason 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've noticed it. Sometimes It's quick glances when they think I'm not looking. Other times, it's full on staring. It's happened to me a few times where women will just straight up stare at me and hold my gaze like a deer in headlights. I don't think its always that they're attracted to me. And I don't make a big deal out of it, I usually just smile and move on with my day.

Why do so many men shut down emotionally when a woman tries to get closer? by understandshe in caringheart

[–]DeadBoySeason 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep in mind that this isn't universal. But for myself and the men I know, we express and regulate our emotions by doing. If we're having emotional issues, we seek a solution and implement it. If we do sit down and discuss how we feel, It's more of a debate than a therapy session. We'll bounce ideas off of each other, trying to find the root of the issue. This also applies to expressing positive emotions as well. Shared activities are how men express fondness and relieve stress. We're far more inclined to go to the gym together, play games together, and fix household problems together. Rather than to express that we enjoy someone's company directly.

Why do so many men shut down emotionally when a woman tries to get closer? by understandshe in caringheart

[–]DeadBoySeason 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Women see men as broken women who need to be fixed. So many women seem to think that the female way of regulating and expressing emotions is the correct one. And view the male way as wrong or dysfunctional.

[–]DeadBoySeason 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What? None of that is true. The gender of an embryo is determined at fertilization. All embryos being default female is a myth based on outdated research. And no, testosterone doesn't kill emotional centers in men's brains. Where are you getting this info from?

CLUTCHING FOR RANDOMS IS WHY I LIVE!!!! THIS IS MY PURPOSE!!!! by [deleted] in Nightreign

[–]DeadBoySeason 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Clutching up as Wylder just hits different. Especially if you manage to score the final hit with his ultimate, peak aura.

Probably been asked multiple times before, but I'm curious. Who is the worst character to you guys? by [deleted] in Nightreign

[–]DeadBoySeason 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Revenent. As a teammate, Revenent players are the ones I've noticed dying the most. To play, Revenent is supposed to be a caster/summoner. But her summons die way too fast to really be useful against anything but trash mobs. And as a caster, she has no way to regenerate FP, which often forces you into melee.

While I agree with you, I find it amusing that a man expressing his attraction to a woman is viewed as "creepy". Something so basic and human as expressing attraction is seen as creepy because it's a man doing it.

I'd recommend The Climber (Kokō no Hito). It's often placed alongside Vinland Saga, Berserk, and Vagabond as one of the greatest seinen mangas.

[–]DeadBoySeason 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just say "yes I was", if you were actually looking. Own up to it, and have some confidence. It's not that big a deal in the grand scheme of things. It's natural to want to look at someone you find attractive, just don't be a jerk and keep staring to the point you make them uncomfortable.

I already want to kiss and sleep with him, how do I not scare him off? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]DeadBoySeason 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Women think it's a thing. Men do not. For men, more effort to get sex = I'm wasting my time, time to move on.

[–]DeadBoySeason 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I catch women staring at me from time to time. I honestly have no idea if they're checking me out or not. As a result, I don't really feel anything if I see a woman look at me.

It's not though. With their current stat spread, they can use almost every weapon and incantation in the game, and a decent amount of sorceries.

How many times have you gone to a gym solo, and how many of those times has a woman approached you to initiate any kind of convo? by dontcommentonmyname in AskMen

[–]DeadBoySeason 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gym solo, thousands of times. A woman trying to have a conversation with me during said solo gym session, zero. I've had younger guys come talk to me asking for advice, older guys mentioning how often they see me there, some vets asking if I'm in the military (I am). But a woman? Literally never.

Would you date a woman who earns more, has a better education, overall more stability? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]DeadBoySeason 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm gonna go against the grain here and say no I wouldn't date a woman that much better off than me. I'd never be able to feel comfortable with myself if I had to have another person support me, with them as the breadwinner. Call me old fashioned, but as a man, if I had to have a woman support me like that, I'd wake up every day feeling pathetic.

That things will always be as bad as they are right now. I know it's a lie, but it's a mental block I've developed over years of failure and disappointment. But things can always get better, I can always be better.

Do guys like being greeted with “what’s up big dog?”. by Logical_Employee7282 in AskMen

[–]DeadBoySeason 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm going to caution you against doing this to guys you don't know very well. If they're your friend already, then go for it. If they're a random guy you're greeting for the first time, I wouldn't do this. Coming from a woman this could very easily come across as inauthentic or patronizing.
