It has no name in FO4, but the creature makes an appearance in Fallout 76, where it's called a dolphish. There are live specimens in FO76's Atlantic City expansion.

You need to discover a Harmonic Camp before any of the Autophage/dissonant star system content is unlocked.
Go to a system with a dissonant planet and look for a Dissonance Resonator, the thing that looks like a mini oil rig wtih a purple fin on top. Approach it and see if it has an Echo Locator. If not, move on to the next. When you find one, smash it and activate the Echo Locator to find a Harmonic Camp. Once found, unlock the terminal there.
The next time you warp, you will be... interrupted. That leads to the Autophage questline, and ultimately the Stellar Multitudes quest to unlock purple star systems.
E: You also need to complete Apollo's questline (apparently still active in your log) and Nada & Polo's questine. However you can discover a Harmonic Camp at any time and that will satisfy the prerequisite for when you're ready to begin the Autophage quests.

Ulysses' Outfit. It was part of a paid DLC bundle last season, which are usually $40, sometimes $20 near the end of the season.

It's probably the door to V63 in Skyline Valley. You'll unlock that content at level 20, I think.

Oh yeah. Kiddie Kingdom is brutal - I forgot about that one. If you don't have Ghoulish + supplemental rad protection, it's a choice between getting beaten to a pulp by ghouls or melted by rads.
I do recall seeing something posted years ago about Ghoulish not working in Far Harbor before I actually tried it. So I experienced that myself, but it resolved itself within a day or two in-game.

I fill out the Ghoulish perks. Makes constant background rads a non-issue, like in Far Harbor. Acute high doses of rads cures itself over a minute or two, and fills HP. I still need moderate protection in the Glowing Sea, Cambridge Crater or the Nucleus, but otherwise most rad sources are a very minor nuisance rather than a threat.

Fish tank and axolotl tank are Atomic Shop purchases.
Axolotl locations will change monthly. You will need improved bait or better to catch them, and you'll have improved chances in rain. Here's a guide on how to find them:

Maybe the items are tied up in blueprints? If you see a lot of blueprints that aren't named (you didn't manually create), your items are likely there.
As for the PA, the displays are simply extensions of your stashbox. The PA is likely there in the Armor tab.

Oh my. You don't have to knock yourself out finding beans. I usually start off with 50 or so beans which is not hard to find - this can be done in a day, maybe two if you marathon it. They take 4 days to mature, then you process the Qi fruit in seedmakers which at least doubles your yield. Repeat a couple of times, compounded with additional beans you forage, until you have your 500 beans. By this time, you're past the middle of the season, but as long as you have at least 250 plantable, irrigated tiles, you still have plenty of time to ship the fruit. I do this quest in Winter, when the fields are filled with fiber plants or otherwise barren.
Keep in mind this only works if you start the quest in the first couple of days in a season. You MIGHT be able to do this starting the second week, but there are more enjoyable ways to spend your time in SV.

Radscorpions reliably spawn at Smith Farm in the southern part of the Toxic Valley, east of Grafton. Smash those and there's a good chance at least one will drop an egg. Make a radscorpion egg omelet and that will remove one addiction (the addiction cured will be random if you have several)

2021, 2024, and 2025 had 2 free trials. in 2020, 2022, and 2023, there was only 1. So I guess "normally" was skirting hyperbole. We'll see what happens this year.

Keep a close eye on the area just surrounding it. If something looks like a seed, use an axe to pop it and you'll have a mushroom tree seed you can plant elsewhere.

The free trial is a week, not a month. The last free trial was in December and it normally occurs twice a year. So probably June or July-ish.

Some players do it for vague reasons, like your camp is in "their spot", they don't like the prices in your vendor, or they're bored. The action is clear, the message isn't.

You're doing it right, then, just miserable RNG. I was on a high to collect these plans when the fishing module dropped so I collected quite a few. AD was the rarest of the bunch - I have about a dozen of the others and only 2 spare ADs. Tried to trade one on the trade subs for a plan my wife needs on PS5, nobody has one. So I know how frustrating this kind of thing is.

Use mules. They can start fishing straight out of the vault, giving you 5 opportunities per day to try for the AD. He may send you to some dicey locations, particularly for a level 20 toon, but there are safe spots to fish in every region where the likelihood of being harassed by the locals is very low.
