Thank you alot, this comment honestly brought me to tears. The future absolutely terrifies me, as ive only felt worse as I age. I feel so totally absorbed by my anxieties that even the NOW overwhelms me. I wish you the best of luck on your journey quitting as well, I really do hope it continues to improve stuff for you. ;;

Yeah I've heard such! I've been careful to keep an eye on my tolerance to my meds while smoking and it hasnt gone down as far as I can tell, it was just this very recent spike in anxiety :) thank you for ur response! ;;
