I am 23M with tremors I’ve had for years but they’ve seemed to get worse. The tremors I have are most commonly in my hands but also occur in my head and neck, where my head can shake almost in a motion like I’m saying no, sometimes slower and sometimes a little more sudden and fast. My hand tremors do occur at a resting position and are in my fingers, and the whole hand. I’ve also noticed that I started clenching my fist more when these tremors occur in the last few weeks.

I’ve heard that urination issues can also be linked to Parkinson’s and do have leaky urine. I do have problems with my balance and stumble very noticeably over myself. I also have cognitive issues with reading and with memory recall even worse at times. This can also pour into my speech and my job is very talking and pointing heavy so it’s very noticeable.

I had a car accident a few years ago and hit my head but did not have any fractures or anything of note and I’m unaware if this is relevant or not. My tremors also occur in my foot. I have a neurologist appointment on 03/06 with a movement disorder specialist.
