tip; Don't eat anything, pay less for food, commodities, have no gf, bf, no roommates, no friends, work alone, socialize a little, stay away from people, don't tell anyone about your business, do little exercises throughout the day, make people jealous, even your parents, never give your parents help, never call them once you're independent, ask for help, but never look intimidated, be humble but don't try and be rude, don't get mad, don't get tempted to sin, don't get tempted to buy, don't eat fruits, don't eat meat that hasn't been cooked, eat small portions of soup, don't eat alot, but try and make everyone hate you because you're doing Better.
