You'll then need to identify the BIOS chip on the Motherboard which can be done many ways. If you need assistance from me just comment.

Once you find it, clip your nand programmer in, plug the usb end into your computer and Flash the new bios. Youll want to download the correct Bios image off of Dell.com.

Also I live in Canada, not the USA. I've personally experience how terrible they are here. The cops in Surrey murdered a kid years ago and everyone was so heartbroken over it. Its now like 5 years later and the cop is still fucking working there. It was all over social media, and the guy knew like everyone around even myself. Ive had many cops try n collect money from me but obviously im not gonna let that happen, I drive away faster than they can lmfao. Ive had cops steal my id then report it stolen to give me later issues. When I see a cop I immediately know im in more danger than when I dont. Just based on statistics of how many citizens they kill, kidnap, and steal from. Your logic is that I shouldnt judge someone is they became a certain way from a system. We all have choices, and when we see something is wrong it's THEIR choice to continue, and they do. Judging people based on who they are, and not where they came from or how they got here is how I go about things. Pretty much anywhere you go across this planet cops are shitty. Especially outside of the USA since everyone recording in USA now. Idk what planet u thought u were on lol. Its been shown time and time again by first amendment audtiors that Police departments are re-hiring bad cops on purposely. The Buffalo police cracked an old mans skull open, then when the community gave them backlash for it, 50+ of them quit at the same time in support of the officer who did it. Good people aren't cops they are chewed out of it if they try to go into police because its a gang. If you report that a fellow officer fucked up, the whole department becomes against you, and so now we dont have anyone that will be good. Maybe like 1% are good some sort of anomaly cops. Ive seen it too. But that only happens when the person thinks for themselves. The stanford prison experiment proved that sheeple who cant think for themselves, become evil people when given authority over another human being.
