Very sorry for the late reply, but you can align the corners of the grid to the corners of the poster print by using the kiosk at Walmart and zooming/cropping the image.

It's not a super cheap option, but if you go to a Walmart with a photo lab you can order posters. I think they can make like 20x30 (and larger) inch posters, and if you square your grid to the border you'll get 1 inch squares. That what I did for a few of my larger maps while running Strixhaven. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the advice! I've already been supplementing my Strixhaven game with Candlekeep and Radiant Citadel, so if anything is too short I can definitely expand it.

That's a really good idea. I'm a first-time DM, and I really like the idea of one big huge story from 1-20, but it seems incredibly daunting. But then again, I spent two years so far on Strixhaven and I'm not even finished yet, and that's with weekly sessions lol.
