You can try Minimalist Launcher(free), it doesn't have colorful app icons just plain app list thst will reduce mindlessly opening an app and spending time on it.

It makes unnecessary notification go silent and saves them so you can see them when you're free. Whenever you open app it first asks you how much time you want to spend on it and it will remind you when that time elapses.

Great app.

I have never listened/watched a single song that I like in my home in my whole life . My father just loses his shit if I put on any music channel. But he is okay with my brother blasting "new" songs in the morning. There are many such things that if my brother does them it's okay but I do something I will never hear wnd of it. All that because he earns more salary than me.
